2. What must not be submitted
Users must not submit passwords, API keys, secrets, or data they are not authorised to process.
3. How data is handled
Handling of data submitted to AI depends on workspace settings, the agreement with the customer, and applicable law.
AI processing runs through approved processing providers under appropriate contractual and technical controls.
Conversation content is retained for as long as needed to provide the service or for the period agreed with the customer.
DATA does not use customer content to train general AI models without the customer's explicit written consent and in line with the agreement with the customer.
4. Limits and controls
- Safety, rate, credit and access limits may be applied.
- Some capabilities may be restricted by plan, role or department configuration.
- AI usage is recorded in audit logs for security and accountability.
