DATA may use approved service providers for hosting, storage, authentication, security, support and AI processing, only as needed to deliver the service and under appropriate contractual and technical controls.

  • Hosting and infrastructure.
  • Authentication and identity management.
  • Storage and backup.
  • Messaging and notifications.
  • Monitoring and logging.
  • AI processing.
  • Technical support.
  • Security and threat detection.

2. Processing regions

Data may be processed or hosted inside or outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia depending on customer configuration, the nature of the service and approved service providers, in line with applicable regulations and contractual obligations.

Appropriate contractual and technical safeguards apply to any processing or transfer of data outside the Kingdom.

3. Changes and notice

This page is updated on any material change to subprocessors, and customers are notified of material changes through the channel agreed in the contract.
